Research Interests
“Lung Cancer Prevention & Therapy”
Since lung cancer is caused of disorder of genes regulation, we focus on “Cancer Genomics”. To clarify the cancer genomic instability and DNA damage repair will benefit for cancer prevention. To study the mechanisms of cancer progression and develop the novel compounds will contribute to cancer therapy. Our lab will use related techniques of molecular biology, structural biology, bioinformatics, lung cancer animal models and clinical specimen to study the lung cancer prevention and therapy.

(A) We use Lung cancer animal model to study the molecular mechanisms of drug resistance acquired during treatment. |

(B) We use crystallography and AI-modelling strategies to screen specific USP24 inhibitors. |

(C) We use clinical specimen to confirm the results from cells and animal models. |
